There are some good motivational web sites out there that have free MP3's, but they are not unlimited. I have not seen any up to date site that lists them so here is a list to make your listening easier. Some of these sites don't actually have MP3's but have streaming audio. You can however convert a streaming audio speech to an MP3 with some basic modern computer skills.

There are more sites out there with motivational audio, but some just had "teasers" to make you want to buy their packages without giving you any information of value.

Streaming audio can be recorded by using a sound recorder program on your computer. You have to select the "Recording" section of your volume control to record the wave from your computer instead of your microphone or line in. You have to have a program that can capture the audio bitstream. Do some Google searches on a few of these words for more information.

Regarding motivation, I like what Zig Ziglar says, paraphrased: "Motivation doesn't last forever, but then neither does taking a bath!"

Dr. Joe Vitale's website. -- He has both audio and video podcasts

LearnOutLoud.com has many long selections from audio books.
SunnyThoughts.com -- One of the best collections found so far. Has daily affirmations here and interviews here.
Peak Potentials is one of the best sites for free online audio. T. Harv Eker gives away free evening and even free 3 day seminars. They have a free 60 minute seminar online as well as long samples from other programs of theirs.
TSTN Online Television Network A 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, online television station, with motivational speakers and business coaches like Zig Ziglar, Stephen Covey, Brian Tracy and more. (See Banner below).
mp3Motivators -- They have a large collection of short mp3 samples from many speakers.
Nightingale Conant is one of the oldest publishers of motivational audio and has samples of various speakers on their website.
eHappylife.com Has a "podcast" button on some of the Life Lessons on the side. Clicking on them will launch an MP3.

SBTV - Small Business Television Network -- Has more financial business issues -- perhaps has the most of any site on here, in the form of streaming video.
